Organisation and corporate processes

Revising corporate processes, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR), is a mainstay of iCONS consultants. It is an element of cultural unification for the company: all iCONS project managers have a minimum of ten years' experience of BPR.
iCONS offers a Business Process Reengineering approach to its Clients that leads to the building of a virtual community between the project team members. This community enables its members to create, exchange and increase the knowledge of corporate processes and practices to support the management of organisational change: Collaborative Process Design (CPD).
This community-based method is introduced during the project. When the project ends, the community remains and becomes the true engine of change and success, as well as an invaluable repository of intellectual capital on the topics dealt with. A further advantage of developing these communities, known in the literature as "communities of practice", is that iCONS can continue to contribute even after a project has finished.
To makes Collaborative Process Design accessible (including to people with no special training in process analysis and design tools) iCONS has adopted the iSYS – Innovative Systems solution called pft – processes for team. This solution uses an innovative graphical environment as a powerful aid to designing information services, organisations, processes and systems.
